I have CPDN in it's directory with client 4.02. I want to clean out setiboinc including the gui so I can get the gui running with CPDN, in my previous post regarding the gui and CPDN, could not get any running status etc... Is it just a matter of deleting the setiboinc directory? Specs: Linux Fedora core 1 Intel celeron 1.7GHz Swap set to 500MB

Specs: Fedora core 1 Intel II or IV , dealing with my gf's comp. here in China, Chinese gf=Chinese comp. 96M RAM UNBELIVEBALE !!!! have my swap at 300MB When I run the gui...no status, just says "ready" though the CLI is crunching, checked w/gnome system monitor. I have climateprdiction in it's own directory with the 4.02 cient. And setiboinc in another dir. client 3.20. I do not run both projs simultaneously.. The gui shows me as attached to proj, shows hadsm3, number of workunit, and report deadline, but that's it...no % of completion etc... @Darren....if you're out there, what is observation? @sacmjr viz is in a subdirectory cd climateprediction cd projects cd climateprediction.net There you will find viz: just execute the viz : ./viz

I just tried the gui again, same as b4, "status" ready, cpu time, to completion...nothing, I do however have a deadline report date...it also shows me attached to proj,application hadsm3 402, name 01\|3+_000027040_1 @Hef...I have setiboinc and climteprediction in seperate directories, I am not seasoned enough to know whether there is some conflict using Fedora or whether there is a reigistry conflict with setiboinc, as stated am not both projs. simo....I do however have boinc 3.20 installed in the setiboinc directory and of course boinc 4.02 in climate directory....I thought if in seperate directories no problem, perhaps I am mistaken. Sorry for the long confusing post @shady and @hef...your help is more than greatly appreciated. I just got kinda bummed over at setiboinc, and wanted to try CPDN, I like CPDN...just need to get all my ducks in a row....

Shady, I am running as per the link of invitation, I set up a seperate directory for CPDN, and setiboinc has it's own directory, of course I am not running both projs. simultaneously. Yes I am aware CPDN and SB are not the same....

Over on the otherside BoincSeti, Poorboy mentioned stats are granted incrementally with CPDN every 8 hrs or so... Am using Boinc 4.02 Hef...
