I was running 7.16.14 and it kept insisting it was the most recent version. It doesn't help that the Boinc website has made the link to the download page far less obvious. I had two completed WUs that were just sitting there that I eventually had to nuke. Another completed a few weeks ago and just sat there as well. I was going to nuke that and unlink the project when I found this forum thread. I upgraded Boinc and the WU immediately uploaded. Boinc must have changed their download URL so older versions couldn't find anything newer.
