Really don't understand the concern about "no posting" with a low RAC.
I'm a Mac user and the last job I was able to work on was in March, 2019. My RAC is 0.00 and yet I am still able to post...

Finished my first and only project since January. It was projected to take three days, but it took five. So my fingers were crossed because others had crashed after only several hours. It's a shame that Mac users can't really be of much help for CP.

It's been quite a while, but for the first time since the melt down, my iMac has gotten three projects to run that will take 2 days and 22.5 hrs.
Keep them coming!

Glad CPDN is back.

Any idea whether there are any tasks that Macs can handle?
In the days leading up to the system crash, I had two completed tasks that were hung out to dry as it were and were never able to report
In addition, there were four others that were chugging along when the system went down.
None of them have even shown up in my assigned tasks even though I received them in March.
I would like another crack at them.

I have two 4-day projects that have been waiting to report for over 8 hours while four more are duly running their computations.

Any estimate on when the two of them can land?

I corrected an earlier post for grammar and ended up with two similar posts.

A delete button would save time.

I've had a similar problem when running SETI projects. No one could provide a reason why it ran hot
(over 165 F.) I ended up installing a fan control that I use when SETI cranks up the heat. Either Macs Fan Control or smcFanControl might help you out. You can check them out at MacUpdate. com
