Today's Operating Systems are just too complex and continually updated to eliminate all bugs. I still reboot all my machines once a week -- whether they need it or not! Sad but true.

I've removed CPDN from one computer and added the project back, and CPDN installs correctly using https...and I no longer get the notice/error message. That was the reason for my post...I was really asking if the error message is correct and if we really do need to reinstall the project using the https link. I assume this is required and the notice/error message is valid.

I plan to remove the CPDN project from my Mac Book Pro, since it is also processing a number of other projects (and I don't expect to see any more CPDN work units for Mac-OS). I can always put the project back on the Mac if any work units appear!

I realize that work units are now developed specifically for an operating system. I'm considering dropping the CPDN project on my Mac, since there has been no work unit developed or available for quite some time. Any insight appreciated.

I have no idea what the precise number should be, but just glad that some lost credits have been restored. Assume these will flow to BOINC Statistics shortly...
