If you have BOINC 4.43 or greater, they upload a VERY large zip file after each end of phase, instead of saving it until the entire model is finished. You can also get the latest 5.n BOINC from Berkeley. Again, backup before upgrading. And the new versions will have new bugs, as yet unknown. So I do not quite get, did it just delete the result and current experiment was wasted or what? The folder 4861_a00297481 is still 1.2G in size so it should contain all the necessary data.
