Norton removed the file "wah2_8.24_windows_intelx86.exe", telling me that it carried a heuristic virus.

Connection with the server is continuously postponed, even when the servers are running. I don't understand this, because there are still projects running while nothing is sent to me. I haven't received error messages during that time. I don't know what to do about this. Please give me advice.
