I have a cable modem and normally get 1-2 MB downloads. Downloads from this server are so slow that I haven\'t completed one in over 18 hours of trying. The speeds indicate 0.18 KB and none have completed. NO WORK is being done while the client waits for data! I have searched this site (itself very slow) and cannot find a place to report this problem.
