If the button shows \"No new tasks\", you\'ll get new tasks. If it shows \"Allow new tasks\", you won\'t get new work. What is shown in the \"Status\" column is accurate, though. Thanks for your prompt reply and I hear what you say but it has left me confused (im\' a simple soul). I may have been incorrect in stating \"project preferences\", perhaps I should have said Project Commands. When I place the cursor over this button it states \"Don\'t accept new tasks for this project\" Cheers

My project preferences are set to \"No New Tasks\", however when HadAM3 was 97% complete a new HadAM3 task was sent. This is the first time that I have completed a task and I welcome the new task but its appearance was not what I was expecting. Any enlightenment? Cheers
