Make backup of boinc folder (example c:\program files\boinc) and install a new version to same folder. You dont must uninstall 4.19. I install a new version 4.15 and now a have a new files in "D:\" This files is "graphics.xml" and "init_data.xml". Its ok, or bug? Client work without any problem.
