Added XML Stats

Post: The .XML output is the same as the other boinc projects. The data files are compressed using gzip, only difference is the file names are a bit different. Post: Chances there's a locked file in the slots directory. Exit the boinc client, and try to delete all of the files in your boinc/slots/0 directory. Post: Where's everyone reading the sec/ts from? I see on my system, bottom line of the screensaver graphic, I'm getting about 7.46 s/TS on phase 1 of 3 but that seems a bit high for my system compared to everyone else's stats so far. Currently running a dual p3-733 with only 1 WU going at the moment.
