(Message 6481) Posted 30 Nov 2004 by Trukz Post: Last Saturday the temperature in Melbourne was 32 degrees celsius. It was a bit hot for my computer too. I had been telling a friend about a washing machine that had caught fire and burnt some one's flat down. When I got home and walked into the "office" there was a faint but distinct smell of burning coming from my month old computer. I'd been running two climate models on my Pentium4 3.0 ghz for several days non-stop at 100% cpu utilization. I switched it off for a few hours, the weather is cooler now and the computer is fine.
2) Message boards : Number crunching : Is my Average Credit wrong ? (Message 6480) Posted 30 Nov 2004 by Trukz Post: My average credit is 146 but my calculations are that it should be about 400. The recent figures are 472,379,378,472,1985,0,0,0,0,0,473 etc. Does anyone know why? Does anyone else have the same problem?
