Posted 31 Aug 2004 by old_user2446 Post: ok then, ill try to keep atleast the last 5 results on my PC as that will take X ammount of days for you check things your end and get back to me if you want them! (not sure how long one will take me as i will soon be recieving a nice 2.4ghz mobo & cpu through the post) (anyone have a guestemate with some 256MB 266Mhz memory?) but then i must deleate them....however, i plan to get a TV card and therefor an UBERMASSIVE HD to store films on, then i will be able to give 20GB of storage to Boinc as i would have no need for my 'old' harddrive. ill add you to my boinc then :) |

Posted 28 Aug 2004 by old_user2446 Post: so i can opt out of the massive storage of 200MB? i assume it adds 200MB EACH time i do a WU, i very very seriusly do not have that kind of storage to give up each time, so is there any way i can choose to not store that ammount of data untill i can afford to get me a lovely 200GB disk or two? or can i whip it off the drive and onto a cd/cdrw?? |
