I don't know if you ment this, but this is what I did. 1 of 4 cpu's didn't get work from climate prediction and had no work from other projects. Although I had more than enough recourses allocated boinc didn't download a 4th wu for climate prediction. Then I modified the recourse settings to 80& for climate prediction and 20% for other projects. Then Boinc did start downloading a 4th climate wu. I think boinc looks at the number of cpu's (4 in my case) and downloads enough work for the % recourse share for each project. So there must be more then 75% (or 3 cpu's of 4 cpu's) recourse shere for climate for it to download work for 4 cpu's. If I had between 50 and 75 % I would get 3 wu. Between 25 and 50% 2 and less then 25% 1 wu. So, my problem is fixed. If you meant this, thank you.

If what you tell me is true, then these settings are more than enough, wright? And still boinc doesn't download a 4th wu. So, my question still stands. :-(

Other projects like SETI and LHC work on 4 cpu\'s. Running Boinc core client 4.09. I have 8GB assigned and Boinc may use up to 8 cpu\'s. Why can\'t I download a 4th wu for climate prediction. At the moment no work from other projects.
