Boinc 4.20
(Message 9069)
Posted 10 Feb 2005 by old_user237 Post: I'd also like to strongly suggest that all users backup there BOINC folder before ANY upgrade of the client software- stable or beta! Although this has been said many times before, the one time I didn't backup before switching to 4.19, lost me 2x weeks of CPDN models... (Insert  here)... |

The map in the Boinc version
(Message 8409)
Posted 2 Feb 2005 by old_user237 Post: In addition to the map, I thought the offscale (white-hotspots) issue had been resolved in the screen saver. However, this buglet still exists in the software. Maybe Tolu's patches somehow were forgotten?... |

howto delete a host?
(Message 3583)
Posted 9 Sep 2004 by old_user237 Post: I now also have this problem. Switched from CPDN to SETI, so I 'unattached' from CPDN in the hope to release the work unit. The work unit (148965) has the same status as before: "Inactive, Unknown, New" (Suggesting it hasn't figured out it's dumped). Trying to delete the host then produces "Error: existing results". |
