It seemed to be working fine (CPDN on one CPU and SETI on the other) until this morning, when I double-clicked on the BOINC icon in the taskbar and nothing happened. The icon\'s context menu also didn\'t come up. When I tried starting BOINC from the Start menu I got a message box with the above error. I tried rebooting the machine but the problem remains. The CPUs are at 100% but the BOINC GUI refuses to show itself.
