1) Questions and Answers : Macintosh : Show Graphics Doesn\'t Work (Message 30612) Posted 21 Sep 2007 by old_user182512 Post: I have the same issue that Windowshade reported above, running on both an Intel Core Duo and an Intel Core2 Duo. The Core2 is brand new with very little installed and no changes have been made to my graphics preferences on CPDN at all. Still, I click on the \"Show Graphics\" button in Boinc, the graphics window pops up with an outline of a globe in the middle and a list of keys to press on the left. It stays up for 2 seconds, nothing else shows, the globe doesn\'t turn, and then blink the graphics window is gone. This is happening on 2 completely different computers, neither of them with BootCamp or Windows installed. It\'s not a huge deal, but I do like to peek in at what\'s happening sometimes with my projects, and it doesn\'t work with this one at all. EDIT: Ok, I\'ve got it fixed now. I must say that I think it\'s kind of silly - I had to click the \"Use Defaults\" option under the graphics preferences on here. One would think that if I\'ve never changed the preferences, they\'d still be set to defaults... guess not, though.
