2) Message boards : Number crunching : model stops after hibernating (Message 2122) Posted 30 Aug 2004 by old_user171 Post: hi, i massively use the windows xp feature that the computer writes the whole content of the RAM on the hdd and than shuts down. the next start of the system only takes a few seconds than, and you can continue your work from where you stopped before. i think its called hibernating in english (ruhezustand in german). the problem is that after starting a hibernated system, the cpdn model stops working, that means it stopps taking cpu load and the ts do not increse i dont know if this is a boinc or a special cpdn boinc problem, but it would be nice if this could be fixed. greez Scorp
