You basically have to tell linux that you want to show the graphics. To do this, simply open the terminal and type: xhost +local: If you now click on graphics - hey presto - their they are! :-) I have found though, if you use the 64-bit version of ubuntu, the graphics will appear transparent. This is also \'fixable\' (well sort of anyway). Just download a totally black background picture, open it, then open the graphics over the top of the black background. Not brilliant but it works.
