Ok, I have found the place where to specify the former CPDN account. At least there's the possibility to give a link to the former stats so it's not that bad.

Thank you very much for your answer !

I have been running the classic CPDN version on a couple of machines for more than one year now, and I haven\'t managed to find a clear answer to this question anywhere : is it possible to retrieve stats from the classical experiment to BOINC ? I mean, is there a way to convert all the computing time used for the classic CPDN to the credits used by BOINC ?
Since CPDN had detailled stats, it should be easy to convert them and to reintegrate them into BOINC, and it would be cool not to start from the last rank when you have processed already a lot of data.
