Install as a service. Make certain to remove the BOINC_GUI.exe from startup. Make certain that it is exited. Run the command BOINC_CLI.exe -install from a DOS box. You will have to set the BOINC login user to "System" before this will work. The Alpha test group is very small, and the bug reports are done by email (this email list is by invitation only).
