It looks that I'll never get any WU's done. I've detached CPDN on my main PC. I still have 1 PC running, and will let it go to the end (probably not), and then I'll stop that one 2. If someone has news of a more stable version of the CPDN client, give me a shout. Oh, and don't give me the 'your system is unstable' lecture, because both systems are top of the line, standard-running, virus- and malware- free systems. Am I angry? After hunders of hours of computing, the outcom was -5 :( Standard P IV 2.0 GHz 512Mb Mem. No overclocking, no special HW or SW. XP SP2. Shouldn't boinc correct this kind of errors? If it is a HW error, or the system is unstable, retry the computation at a later time. Just discarding hundreds of hours of research is sad :_(
