for the last nine N144 tasks I uploaded I didn't receive any credit so far. Here is one example: task no. 22240066.
Is that normal? On previous tasks I received credit in several stages according to completion but this time none so far.

I believe credit is ran once a week on Sundays around 0000 UTC. You should see all of the credit for the week show up shortly afterwards.

It is certainly at the weekends. I haven't noticed what time it happens though. Over the years, it has changed on a number of occasions, usually when the credit script or the server it runs on has had to be restarted for one reason or another.

If no credit after the weekend let us know. Though I might spot if there is an issue anyway as I have had some resends complete this week on Monday and Tuesday.

I have a bunch of N144 tasks that reported before the last credit run but are missing credit. They're also missing trickles so that's probably why no credit. Here's an example task: https://www.cpdn.org/result.php?resultid=22239802. Anyone else noticed this?

This is still a problem. I now have even more of N144 tasks (now over 80), going back almost 2 weeks (2 credit runs) that still haven't received credit, probably because trickles aren't showing up on website. Here's another example: https://www.cpdn.org/result.php?resultid=22243107. Could this please get looked at?

Possibly related to an issue that has also stopped uploads of OIFS tasks. That is Andy says going to take a few days to sort out. I will let Andy know. I ran out of work at the start of last week and it was all OIFS so not totally sure of what all the issues are. If no change once uploads are going through again let us know and I will let Andy know.

In the last week, I've completed several IFS tasks, and one HadSM4 N144 task - task 22250632. Today being Sunday, there's been a credit run: the IFS tasks have been awarded credit, but the HadSM4 task hasn't.

Neither task type is showing any trickles, either. Traditionally, credit for the Hadley tasks is calculated from the trickle data, so it would be expected that either both trickles and credit would be shown, or that neither would be - which seems to be the case. But the new IFS tasks can be awarded credit without trickles being displayed. That's probably something for the admins to look at in the New Year.

Still no resolution after 3 credit runs. The problem seems to have started at the very end of November and is still ongoing for Hadley models (Richard's task was reported just a couple of days ago).

Will message Andy. Likely nothing will change till the new year though.

Edit: Done.

Any updates? I still have no credit for the past seven HadCM3 tasks going back to Dec 13th. All showing the Status of "Completed" but each with 0.00 credit.

The good news is - there's been a credit run, and the IFS tasks we reported last Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday have been processed.

The bad news is - those stray Hadley tasks still haven't been picked up.

My stray Hadley task has not been picked up because my five .zip files will not upload, so the input server is ignoring them.

I do not know where I got the idea that only the Oifs tasks were not going up, but that idea is incorrect. No uploads are going up. This web site is obviously up, though.

Some Hadley tasks go to a different server which is unaffected but it depends on the particular batch involved. Only those going to upload11 are not getting through as far as I am aware. Also it is where the trickle ups go to not where the zips go. Credit is based on the former.

I have over 80 Hadley tasks still waiting for credit going back to end of November. I've been waiting for the current upload issue to get resolved before bringing it up again but since it's brought up, I'm adding. It looks like it'll be at least 6 weeks since the problem started before it'll get resolved. The concerning thing is that the longer things get postponed the less likely that they'll get attended to and resolved.

There were a few that failed, but they all had negative theta. At least the first few did.
I never got any more UK Met Office HadSM4 at N144 resolution after that, except the one I just finished but have failed to upload.

If things are resolved on upload11 today, I will message Andy. Do you know offhand which upload server they were going to? I am sure Andy can work it out but knowing speeds things up.

I don't know which server they were going to. Would that info still be around and how would one look it up? A couple of example tasks:

Upload urls are listed for each output file in your machine's 'client_state.xml' file. But once the task has been completed and reported, all traces of it are removed from the machine, and there's no information visible to the user on the website.

If you ever get another task issued from the same batch, or if another user has a task from the same batch still uploading, take a look then.
