On one of my systems I am havine a problem showing the graphical information.... The only view I can see correctly is the cloud view. all others show up as a white globe with a few lines in it of color. Any ideas?

that sounds like a video card and/or driver issue? I have seen a white globe occasionally, when you happen to "catch" the model writing to memory so for a second the globe will be "white" as it waits, but it should "fill in" when the model goes to the next timestep.
