Advanced notice of planned downtime on upload5. (PNW models.)

The OSU upload server will be down Tuesday, August 23 beginning 5:30 pm Pacific. We expect about 4 hours before reboot complete, but it’s possible that it may remain down until the following morning because nobody will be in the office (or even awake) to check that the server is up and running until at least 8 am August 24.
