Yes, one task/core.

As for the time taken and time remaining estimates, on a new machine or with a new model type, these can be wildly out. If that is the case, indicated by your own calculations based on time taken to date and percentage completed go by your own figure. Once the computer has run a few models of whichever type the estimates will get a lot closer to reality without having to invoke Ensteinian notions of time.
