Never really had a problem with tasks I've tried to complete on this computer previously, but of late have noticed a few tasks giving error while computing. But the thing is, on further analysis, they seem to be erroring out for several other people as well, some errorig out for 5 separate computers. Units like:

then this which errored for 3 other people besides myself, though it's in progress for one last attempt before reaching max number of errors

The amusing bit is -- these wu-s with this c++ memory problem -- are still being automatically reissued despite known misconfig problem. for the last week or so

Let them blow off, if you have a small memory machine it will happen sooner, more memory will take longer. The project can't fix this minor problem, we all have to let these broken wu-s time out on five volunteers machines before they will stop downloading.

Do your duty, let the broken wu use your machine to time out on the fifth try.

Maybe soonish there will be a non-broken batch of wu-s.

There are still some worthwhile re-issued wu-s but maybe you will only catch one per 2-3 days.

The project has some problems recently, and only has usable wu-s from time to time.

Me - I keep CPDN as a top priority project - but when they have work is unpredictable
