Help, my system is ideling.

After 24 Hours the work produced is less than expected. Task Manager reports that CPU load is only 4%. System Idle Task is using 95% CPU time. The 4 HADCM Tasks show Zero,1 or 2% load. BOINC is told to crunch all the time. I am running XP Proff. Service Pack 2. Help anyone? ID: 43043 · Reply Quote

There are a few settings that can stop the BOINC activities : - keyboad/mouse activities (computer "in use") - CPU load limit (default setting very low, just 25%) - RAM and cache : don't use more than ...
