My PCs have just powered up after a short power cut.
Will this have any effect on the cpn calculations, if
they were part way through a module?

The CPDN models save their state at regular intervals, so the models can be started and stopped - including by an accident like a power cut.

It does sometimes happen that the model is interrupted at a critical point, in which case the model might crash or start again from a much earlier point.

In either case you normally need do nothing: just start BOINC again and see what happens.
