Could someone explain how there is a difference in the above - my computer and BOINC are showing one total and average while CPDN and the team stats are showing another

Credits are given for each trickle returned to the project. Once a day a program is run which allocates the credit for trickles returned since the previous run.
Then several \"export\" files are created with this new info, and placed on the server.

At some point in the next 24 hours, all of the external stats sites will run a program to copy this export data to their servers. Next, they run a program which integrates the new data with their existing data, which is then displayed on their stats pages for everyone to see.

So external stats sites will always be some hours behind the values on any of the dozens of projects.
