Have you always used BAM? There can be problems if users attach to projects directly rather than through BAM.

I was excited to see a new app (6.04) for the CM3\'s.
Ran another model, but it crashed just like the others.
I also increased diskspace to 40GB.

As far as BAM goes, are you saying I should stop using it
and try detaching/reattaching to CPDN?

No. There was a discussion recently, here.

If you\'ve been using BAM for a long time then it isn\'t likely to be the reason for the current problems.

I\'m having the same issues with HadCM3ivolc models. I\'ve adjusted the shared memory parameters and still crashed two volc models. However, it\'s not just my Mac. One model has also crashed one both of Windows machines that have attempted it, but with different error codes.

A third volc model crashed, all with the same error:

<core_client_version>5.10.45</core_client_version>
<![CDATA[
<message>
process exited with code 22 (0x16, -234)
</message>
<stderr_txt>
Insufficient Memory/Stack Space Available!
called boinc_finish
CPDN process is not running, exiting, bRetVal = 1, checkPID=0, selfPID=3962, iMonCtr=1
Model crash detected, will try to restart...

For now, I\'m going back to running slab models. Those at least have a chance of finishing on my machine.
