but this work unit generates credit that I see in my BOINC (i.e. credit increases slowly). What does this mean?

In CPDN, pending credit is meaningless. It\'s an artifact of boinc, used by other Projects. CPDN recomputes all credit every day (assuming the cron job gets started), so, assuming there are no problems on the server and the credit job runs, your credits will be complete. Lost Trickle? No problem, you\'d still get credit for it when the next one goes in. In my opinion, CPDN\'s credit process is better.
