NVM have no idea what that was about except maybe getting to the end of the phase. Opened my comp and nothing but \'trickle up\' for miles and miles every 5 secs... Restarted BOINC and it uploaded a zip which seemed to have taken care of the problem.. Wasn\'t even crunching just trickling.

After it crunches for awhile, you may want to check the graphics to make sure the model has made it into phase 3. Sometimes interrupting a model at phase change can create confusion in the model which restarts it back at the start of phase 1.

It has completed phase one... no sign of the phase two completion on my account page, though the percent complete has remained the same at 67%. Hopefully all is well. I would kill it if that happened. I did snooze the project before shutting down but by the looks of the messages it was sending a trickle request ever 5 seconds or so for 4 hours with no computation going on.

This is a known problem with the slab models.

The percentage and time will stay the same until it finishes, unless you shut down BOINC and re-start it. (The manager loses contact with the model during phase change, so it doesn\'t really know what is going on.)

Also, at certain times, the model will create extraneous trickle_up files:
Each time that you re-start a model, 2-3;
After each end-of phase, over 100!

The normal trickle_up files are of variety orig
The re-start files are of variety cse
The large number of files at end-of phase are of variety cse, except for the last one, which is of variety gm, and contains the data for creating the graph (on your model\'s graph page), for the phase just finished. It\'s also a lot larger than the cse files.

The variety is the first item in the files, if you look at them with notepad.

Thanks for the info. It just kept sending trickles every 5 secs or so with a sucessfull message. I guess I will have a better understanding of it next time. Thought it was stuck in a loop at 66 percent. Once restarted it started progressing again.
