Hi,

I want to join my Climatprediction.net project with the two others : Seti & Einstein.
Actually I have one account with the statistics of Seti & Einstein, and under the same name, I have un other account with the data of CPDN.

How can I join the 2+1 project ?

Thank you for help
Regards
Alain

As long as you have the same name and email address for all projects, they will eventually all appear together on the external stats site of your choice.

It\'s not possible to \"join\" all projects together on all of the project websites, because they are all separate entities.

It\'s also not posssible to join together separate accounts that sometimes get created on a single project, because they belong to \"different people\" as far as the server software is concerned.

Thank you for your answer.

We can join computer on the same account, but it seems impossible with Climat-Prediction.
Thanks anyway.
Have a nice summer

I found the CPID = Cross Project Identifier and I have two different. Is it possible to adjust it to equal value ? In this case I think my 3 projects will be on the same account ?

As I said in the first sentence in my previous post, you have to have the same username and email address on ALL of the projects to \"join\" then on the stats sites.
And if you have more than one computer, it\'s a bit more complex.

But you\'re NOT running any climate models on the account that you\'re using to post from, so you seem to have at least 2 accounts here.

Once you have a model running on all the projects, the servers will shuffle the cpids so that there\'s only one.

Hi,
I have the same account name and the same email adress in all my project.
I\'m running one ClimatPrediction.net project for sure, I have more than 100 000 credits.
There is only one computer running the three projects.
And one IP adress for all of them, one box for the connection.
On ClimatPrediction, may be there is my first account on an other computer. This one is sold now and erased.
So, if you have any idea to gather my projects... Thanks!

And also, I found my active account on CPDN, with the credit, but I\'m unable to make any modification in it.
Is that normal ?

You can\'t make changes to the account if you\'re not logged in to it.

But first you must logout of this account.
If you\'ve forgotten your password on the other account, you can use the \'key\'.
This is in the file: account_climateprediction.net.xml (in the BOINC folder), and is the long string of characters in \"authenticator\", near the top of the file.
