Running Boinc Manager 5.10.6 with CPDN, I have just noticed that the graphics view of the planet from Projects page View\\SimpleView\\GraphicsAvailable and using up and down keys. The planet disappears (as expected) on continued reduction with the up key, but then reappears upside down and expanding!! Strange things also happen on excessive enlargement with the down key, when, after getting the British Isles alone to almost fill the window, a series of dark ghost spheres expand and then the whole lot disappears. Reversal in both cases restores a normal display with no harm done. It obviously doesn\'t cause a problem with crunching and is only a minor programming blip requiring an upper and lower limit to be defined. Do the programmers want to know about this?

I have Windows and boinc manager 5.8.15. I get the same effects with the up and down arrow keys but haven\'t yet been able to restore the globe view to normal..... I shall pass the information on to the programmers because I don\'t think this is what they intended! Thank you, Keith.

Sorry for the delayed reply; there\'s been an extended server outage with this forum down.

Thanks for reply, belated, as you say. I acknowledge the outage from the 19th/20th, and noted that a dozen of my trickles were successfully updated on the 26th/27th and the Host Average updated on the 28th. Something strange had started happening to my Host Average from 6th/7th June, when it seemed to be declining on an inverse exponential curve (almost as if all the trickles at that time were included in the Host Total, but not being included in Host Average calculations). Both graphs are back on the expected projected lines from June 6th on the Host Average, and from June 18th on Host Total.

I agree that there\'s no real reason why anyone (except for me and other inquisitives, of course) would normally test the up and down keys to the extreme, but I\'m pleased that you agree and it is not only a problem here on my Macbook Pro.
