Message 27892 - Posted: 14 Apr 2007, 12:12:29 UTC

Just saw this in my messages section:

4/13/2007 6:34:49 PM|climateprediction.net|Task hadcm3ohe_20wj_05742821_1 exited with zero status but no \'finished\' file
4/13/2007 6:34:49 PM|climateprediction.net|If this happens repeatedly you may need to reset the project.

Should I be concerned? Should I do anything? Thanks,

Hi Sangamon, fancy meeting you here!

No need to worry about that message, it should disappear again in a day or so. It is benign, if annoying.

If it lasts for a few days, you can shut down BOINC and do a system reboot. That usually gets everything resynched again.

But, whatever you do, DON\'T PRESS THE RESET BUTTON! This will delete your model(s)!

Hello Mew, thanks for the quick response! Whew, glad to read this. I had about 1500 hours on that model, so I didn\'t like the idea of resetting it..

Haha, no worries. I know what that does, which is why I brought it here to ask about it.

Thanks folks,
