Running a VIA Samuel(C3?) 600, 512MB RAM ...winXP Pro, still SP1

Prime95 torture test has been run several times for over 8 hours, error-free, and the one SETI WU I sent in was credited, so it must have been fine...

Currently running prime95 on priority '2' in BG

So far, I've had several -5 errors, as late as 3000+ ts, and as early as 170ts. Most of the errors are -144 errors, though - couldn't start the app/model - right after download.

I've tried resetting, tried updating, will wait until SETI unit completes to try uninstalling/reinstalling BOINC... but I remember someone saying something about VIA chipsets and problems.... any ideas?

I have a via 800mhz. I haven't seen any problems but then again it has not even gotten enough CPU time to trickle yet.
