I follow all the indstructions. Have account key sent to my email and it lets me change my password but won\'t recognise it when I try to login to change my prefernces etc.
Has been broken for soem weeks now.

Tried the account key sent by email (which I recieved OK), but all it does is refresh screen and tell me I need to login!
Curiously, to post this reply, I needed to login and it seems to be OK. Just cant access my preferences in \"your account\".

Are you now on your own account page?
If not, what is the heading of the page where you DO end up?

If you ARE on your account page, can you now click on View or edit general preferences?
If not, what error message do you get, or where do you end up?

I can\'t log-in either. The page is apparently refreshing saying that I need to log in. E-mail and password do not work. The account key does not work. There are no error messages. Just the same page asking to log-in. Please help!

Yes I do that. I click on preferences and the page goes to \"this function requires you to log -in. PLEASE LOG-IN. I log in and the page \"flashes\" and comes right back to PLEASE LOG IN. It is the correct name and password. It is the correct key.
The page will notify me if I make a typo and says \"not registered\". When there are no typos, it just continues to display the Log - in page.

Hi,
You haven\'t told how you open the webpage of CP.net, do you use your browser directly or the Boinc-manager to do this? I only use the latter (the \'your account\' button on the left plane of the boinc-manager) and this seems to be working fine.. My firefox-browser then opens the CP.net mainpage with the purple-colon on the left in witch there\'s a link \'your account\'.. I don\'t know if thats the same procedure you use or not, or even if it has anything to do with your problem but I hope this info can help you out..

I can\'t get to preferences. I can only get here to the messages. I can wait another couple of hours. I\'ve been trying to get into my preferences for a month....lol

It\'s only been broken for a few days, so it may be something else if you\'ve been trying for a month. Is JavaScript turned off in your firewall or browser by any chance?
