Why no download or upload speeds anymore?

Since then the upload and download rates are given as \"Unknown\". Is this because the rates are too high? Or is it just that these values are not being calculated anymore? Or what? Two of my machines downloaded new CM work a day or so ago and there were posted rates. DSL link here. Another possibility is changes in newer boinc versions. (My D/L were with 5.2.13.)
