Report deadline changed to 12/13/1901

Now I get a Message on startup that reads \"3/16/2006 11:25:59 AM\|climateprediction.net\|Result sulphur_hkrj_100820063_0 is 134461.64 days overdue. 3/16/2006 11:25:59 AM\|climateprediction.net\|You may not get credit for it. This message occurs if the computer clock resets, usually because of a faulty internal battery. If you are only attached to climateprediction you could carry on regardless as this project does not worry about deadlines even though BOINC does.
