I am running BOINC under OS X 10.4.5 on a Intel dual core 2Ghz MacBook. The first work downloaded was sulphur cycle and the program failed with a computation error. It then loaded another sulphur cycle work packet with the same result. Are other Intel based Macs seeing the same problem?

It may not be an Intel problem. I have a Mac G4 running the darwin client. It has attempted to download 3 sulphur unit and thrown a client error for each one. Looking at the reesult details the stderr output is as follows.

<core_client_version>5.2.13</core_client_version>

Perhaps you can verify that you get the same error.

Did you download the files as per the \'sticky\' at the top of the Mac posts?
