I keep getting a Visual Fortran run time error when running your program,it happens after about an hour.I am running Windows XP Professional.

This is unusual with WinXP, though it can happen when people are gaming sometimes. First thing would be to read the advice in this sticky on the BBC board. After that, it is worth considering whether there is any other pattern to it, any graphics program that might be conflicting. And Fortran errors are sometimes associated with hardware problems as well. Virus scanners also cause failures, though not usually this error, so excluding the BOINC folder could be worth a try.

I\'ve now seen evidence that this error can indeed be caused by virus scanning. So excluding the BOINC folder from scanning/autoprotect would be important.
