the cmos battery on my computer died and one night my time reset. when i restarted boinc had freaked out. apparently now...boinc says it\'s overcomitted itself and is running only climateprediction.net which is supposedly due 12/13/1901......obviously quite wrong. Anyways....it says it\'s overdue so i should consider canceling it. Any way to fix the due date or should I cancel it, or should I just let it run? Just wondering what you all thought! Just let me know :)

Yours is the 3rd post in a week about this problem. :(
Apparently it can be fixed by editing the client_state.xml filew, but it may take me a while to find the answer.
In the maentime, make sure you fix the problem.

yea...I took care of the battery, but do you think I should edit it, or just cancel it? I just sent a trickle like 2 hours ago....and it took it fine. I believe it even gave me credit :) http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/trickle.php?resultid=1585597 these are my trickles :)

The model will run fine and you should get credit for it. However no other projects will run until it finishes if left as it is.

Hey guys...i decided to experiment and see if I could finish this sulphur cycle without issues if I didn\'t change the date. Just wondering if you guys thought I was making a big mistake...seems like everything is running ok at this point though!
