The client works fine on another PC I have running. Are there any clues revealed in the log?

Dell Optiplex GX260
Intel P4 2.8 w/HT
888 MB ram
WinXP Pro SP2

I am behind a proxy but the log seems to indicate that communication is working fine. It seems to me that all of my DLs are corrupted?

Your A64 X2 is okay but the P4 isn\'t. Is it seriously overclocked? (I noticed that you belong to an OC team.)

Don\'t know if it could be a trigger but OC can do strange things to CPDN.

Someone more knowledgable than me should be along with better questions and advice.

(BTW, I\'m running three X2 4400+ boxes, each with a pair of Spinup Models. Sweet machines [this from a former Intel devotee].)

I\'ve downloaded a sulphur model two days ago without problem. (With a Linux machine).
Did you try to detach/attach again ?

I\'ve tried to \'reset project\' I have not detached/reattached. Maybe I should try that?

I\'m not overclocking either PC. I belong to an OC team, but that\'s just from an old school allegiance from WAAAAY back! I OC\'d my first PC with a 166Mhz Pentium. I need neither the hassle nor the headaches OC\'ing provides!

Not at all sure if this will help, but you may want to try setting the project to suspend as soon as it starts the download. The idea is that BOINC won\'t start to try to run the models or do the checksum test until the files are fully downloaded. Once fully downloaded then unsuspend it.

It might also be worth trying that favourite reboot the PC - I had difficulty which I think was caused by something crashed on my PC.

OK-I detached the client, closed the client, re-opened and re-attached. After DL\'ing new WU\'s I\'m receiving the same error message. Thank you for the suggestion but that didn\'t seem to fix my problem.

You can safely copy the sulphur_data_4.22_windows_intelx86.zip file from your other system and retry the download. You want to avoid doing a project reset unless it\'s absolutely necessary because it deletes all the downloaded files (including the one you copied) and you\'ll have to get them again.
