Something is very wrong with this one even though it now says 1.27% it only shows about 17000 timesteps it seems to be doing the same piece over and over again. Could the problem be leaving work in memory shold it be yes as I had it no so I have updated it.

No all \"Reason: To send trickle-up message\" are due to sending trickles.
I remember some models sending trickle even when not needed - but I believe this is due to wrong BOINC interpretation of connecting CPDN server.
I would not bother with it as far as model is doing fine and real trickles are listed on server on WU result page.

Unlikely! Percentage is in sync with the timesteps. These are only rounding errors, e.g. at 0.075% the counter falls over to 0.08, but it actually has to do an other 0.05% before it is at 0.08%.

Trickles for credit are generated every 1/120 of a model.

If you get trickles in-between, than they have the variety cse
(You can see this by opening the trickle with an editor e.g. notepad)

cse stands for computation s... error, I believe, and are sometimes generated
e.g. when restarting the boinc-client or if the computation is temporarily interrupted due to lack of resources.

The last of the above cse example could be caused by e.g. a hanging application or a heavy disk operation (large file compress). Therefore, by minimising those trickles one could avoid (day)restarts and resource related crashes.

There is probably more to say about it but this is what I put together from a user experience, hope it helps to get more models to 100%

Since chaging it to leave work in memory no tickles, cpu time 17 hrs 20,000 timesteps is this ok? I think it is put percentage wise up to 1.75 second ticle should have ben 1.67% it looks like I did a couple of hours again, which has added tp my percentage but not my cpu time.

Trickle #1 in 9 hours, so trickle 2 in 18 hours.
With 17 hours you must be before the second trickle!

20000 Ts =~ 1.54%

I do not know what happenned but it seemed to have sorted itself out percentage way, had two more tickles early this morning then nothing. I am using Boinc manager behind a router changed options from check automatic to LAN connections hopefully it was this.

Sorry, I don\'t see the relation between connection options and Trickle generation!
Ah well, if it is sorted out, let the model run on:!:

I do not know what is going on percentage went higher and more tickles being sent. Second official tickle went up yesterday I will check now it keeps on saying tickle being sent up, there has got to be something wrong with my boinc manager or this unit.
Edit
sorry went up on the 3rd so it should go up after another nine hours with seti making it 18 hrs so today should be ok I hope
