Am running BOINC version 4.13 and have managed to complete a climateprediction project after 11 months. It\'s status is now \"ready to report\". Is now a good time to upgrade my core client? Is that project done and dusted? I\'d hate all that time to be wasted.

To get it to report, go to the projects tab, right click on climateprediction.net project and choose \"Update\". This should send a message to the server that your model has completed successfully.

Then, backup the BOINC folder, uninstall BOINC through the Add/Remove Program icon in the Control Panel, install the new version of BOINC into the same folder it was before. Then you should be ready to go.

Brilliant, thanks.
I\'ll think of something harder next time.
