Hi there

I have 2 Sulphur models running on my PC but no trickles for showing from the 7 dec 05 onwards. The models have not crashed.

The work unit 845402 shows as
Server state
explain Outcome
explain Client state
explain CPU time (sec) claimed credit granted credit
Over Unknown New 0.00 3,213.60 3,213.60

Thanks in advance for any advice !

Hi Aaron

I also have this problem. The model is still running fine but no trickles recorded from the 9th Dec

Info in results page is
Server state, outcome, Client state, CPU time, Claimed Credit, Granted Credit
Over Unknown New 1,300,792.00 17,353.41 17,353.41

As I have only about 8 trickles to go I woudl hate to lose this model. As you might guess.

Is this problem client side or server side?

Cheers

More than likely server side. They took the project down about 1500 GMT Friday the 9th. When they brought it back up, it wasn\'t listing trickles.

More than likely the trickles and credits will start listing again on Monday when they start the process back up. As for an end of phase/end of run upload, the servers are different so there shouldn\'t be any problem with that part of the process.

Yes there are problems with trickle report and result upload is some locations.

My advice is to wait till monday. than the will reset the server or sort out whatever is wrong.

btw: normal trickle uploads are not stickly needed for model completion, so just let the model run.

I also have 8Mbytes of data to up load for the end of phase one.

Will CPDN lose any data ?

Thanks for your quick replies <-;

No. BOINC is designed to cope with much longer server outages than a weekend. SETI users have become used to this.
