I have an account. I have a password. I don\'t know how BOINC started downloading a work file, but apparently it did. However, something is wrong, because the work file has been \"downloading\" for two days (even when I\'m not on line). What should I do? Thx.

No, it certainly should not be doing that. Go to the toolbar of BOINC Manager and select File/Exit. Restart BOINC. You may even want to restart the computer. Does that make a difference?

If it doesn\'t, ask again, including anything relevant in the messages tab of BOINC Manager.

There is lots of information about BOINC, with pictures, in the BOINC-Wiki.

My CP.NET disk usage is 2.03 GB (giga-bytes)

This can take a long time to download if you have a slow connection.

But you have not downloaded this from climateprediction! The files that Sarasue is trying to download are only about 10 MB or so.

The 2 GB of files that you are talking about are either ones generated in the course of running several experiments (see the BOINC-Wiki if that is a problem) or because you have been recording the visualisation - see this thread.
