I also would like to get the seti spy thing to download too but all of a sudden it seems extremely complicated to get it or any information. What happened? The setiathome web site has turned extremely hostile and very veague. I used to be able to cruise around the site and find anything I wanted not it is all gummed up with this boinc thing. What a pain! just help me download the setispy thing and I\'ll galdly get along with my life. thanks. The thing is; I\'ll probably have a damned time trying to find this page to get the answers so, do me a big favor and send the answer to: hank@hank.com. Please jeep it simple and direct cause I am 60 years old and slow to learn new fangled stuff like this whiz-bang BOINC contraption.

Unfortunately setispy is no longr being developed as apparently the programmer died:(

There is a program called BOINCLogX that does a similar job, I believe. There are several others that escape my mind :(

Good luck finding your program :)

PS: It has a handy companion program called SETI@home-MapView that plots Seti workunits on a skymap.

Need help? Check out Paul's excellent BOINC-Wiki!
@Henry Armstrong : It would be better if you would choose a thread title that describes your problem or question in short. People who know the answer will give more attention to it then.

If you want to keep track of your threads, you will find a "Message board posts" link in the "Account statistics" section of your CPDN user page.

It isn't there as long as you have not posted yet so you might not have seen it yet - but now it must be there, it's a very handy one :-)
