Hello all I\'ve just set up the climate pridiction thingy and although it has allocated work for my \'puter nothing actually happened and I got a error message saying that I didn\'t have enough disc space - very strange considering I have a 250 gig hard disc with only 13 gig used. Any idea please? |

Welcome to the project Ron. You need to adjust your disk space preferences as described in the <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/quick_faq.php#f">FAQ</a>. The preferences are set <a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/prefs.php?subset=global">here</a>, and I have mine set to: Use no more than 100 GB Leave at least 0.1 GB Use no more than 95% of total space Just adjust to what you want and don't hesitate to ask if you need any more advice. <br><a href="http://www.teampicard.net/"><img src="http://www.teampicard.net/images/picardmini.gif"></a><a href="http://climateapps2.oucs.ox.ac.uk/cpdnboinc/team_display.php?teamid=3">Join us here</a> |

I have my disk partitioned and would like to be able to have this project use one of the partions that is not being used. Is there any way for me to do this other than uninstalling and reinstalling the entire BONIC program? Thank you. |

This will leave the folder with the data files and your account info. Move that folder to the other drive or partition. Then install boinc again and make sure you install it into that folder on the new drive or partition. It should pick up where it left off. |
