Make sure that you do not have any spaces at the front or rear of the URL and Acct/PW, make sure you type correctly....

Joe, You may want to edit your original post now and delete the key. It's not a good idea to have the key available for everyone to see. As for advice, I think Blank gave the same advice that I would give.
